- jessica’s party in the country. even though the weather sucked, people still swam, the band still played, the grill still grilled, and the drinks were drank. good times had by all.
- if i’m ever in the bedford, NY area, i know where the key is and the combo to the alarm.

- cooking dinner on friday using only things i could find in the house. it was like that show “doorknock dinners” on food TV, but without the annoying host and stupid acts
- today is steve’s first day of school in about 8 years.
- fooled by april’s august residency at Toad in Porter Square. Apparently followed by a september residency at the kendall cafe. highlight of last week was a cover of poison’s “every rose has it’s thorn”. just like every night, has it’s dawwwaaaawwwawwwn…
- after 3 months, i finally got my hair cut. and according to craig, “pete, that the best haircut i’ve ever seen you get.”

- i’ve gotten a lot of stuff delivered to work in the past week. compact flash card, firewire card, new comforter, car cd changer adapter…
- i hacked into my car’s stereo system. there was a lot of wires, ripping out panels, a voltmeter, a lot of sweat, a burned out cd changer interface adapter, and then finally, a working input for the ipod.
- i saw a lot of fooled by april last week. and i got pictures and videos.
- cheap sushi at sushi express
- yin getting some rooftop lovin’
- “those are just poppy seeds in that bread, right?”
- we finally got our new washer/dryer. and it works and everything.
- apparently, the only thing that i wasn’t able to fix was steve’s laptop. god, i hate that thing.
- i bought my first ever piece of luggage
- new pics
- “so, i’ll call you in about an hour?”
- no, really. i’m going to get my hair cut this week.

- ginza on friday night
- i methodically went through each and every one of my mp3’s and formatted them with the right ID tags and filenames with the help pf Tag&Replace. And re-ripped every one of my cd’s as mp3’s. and bought a firewire card. all in anticipation on buying a PC ipod when they come out.
- speaking of which, the apple store in cambridge is so amazingly cool. it almost made me want to buy a mac. now that’s saying a lot.
- gordon and karen’s new apartment. especially the roofdeck with the sweet collapsible furniture. and then running into them again on sunday at trder joe’s.
- i ran into the girl who i used to have to play in golf matches in high school at a BBQ on saturday. i hated her then. and lo and behold, she still sucks.
- steve and lisa’s new apartment in cambridge. how do they always manage to find such cool places?
- aspasia. although i couldn’t stop watching the guy at the table in front of me who looked like bill gates ans was gnawing on lamb chop bones like a dog while talking to his date
- jessica gets a shoutout for being my email distraction last week while susanne was travelling. but don’t worry, susanne isn’t jealous
- it turns out that susanne’s roomate who is moving out was secretly married. for 10 years.
- i spent a good portion of saturday trying to fix our downstairs toilet. and i’m pretty sure that Snoop Dog sold me that parts at home depot.
- the parts of a toilet are pretty vulgar sounding. i had to buy a new ballcock shank washer and ballcock lock nut.
- i finally bit the bullet and bought a digital camera. expect lots of new pictures. most of them nude.
- pressed grilled veggie sandwiches using my heavy cast iron grill pan as a weight. we’re definitely on to something new here. i’m pretty sure i can mimic chez henri’s cuban sandwiches now. and i already know how to make the plantain chips, and have the buena vista social club cd. if i can learn how to make mojitos…
- spending sunday afternoon by the pool. and abby didn’t jump on me after she puked.
- i once again updated my cell phone plan. i now get unlimited nights and weekend and all sort of other minutes for $20 less than i was paying before. yes, that makes no sense. but i don’t care
- i almost got my hair cut on saturday. almost. the experiment continues…

- pannaII Indian Restaurant. holy sensory overload. but so good. and check out the ridiculously cheap prices.
- fooled by april at the luna lounge. even though we missed half of the show.
- products. lots and lots of products.
- cracking steve’s laptop open to upgrade the hard drive. it’s a good thing he wasn’t there to watch me do it.
- i didn’t see a single cop the entire drive home.
- oh, and i finally got my settlement. i love vinnie.
- our washer/dryer saga. sorry, it’s the wrong plug.
- d-man buys and returns at least 47 pairs of jeans a week. ok, maybe i’m exagerating a little but, but not by much.
- ok, i’m finally buying my digital camera this week. now i just need to figure out which one.
- the quacamole that they make tableside at cafe frida. the best guacamole i’ve ever had.
- pepperadoo, cucumber salad, artichoke pesto, olives, and bread.
- i haven’t cut my hair in over 2 months
